Include your device, OS version, app version and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send birthdays, a full backup, payment details or private information unless needed and you deliberately choose to share it. Redact screenshots first.
People and meaningful dates
Setup combines your optional name and personal dates in step one, then inspiration choices in step two. Full date is the default; month/day and month-only are also supported. Choose your game and style on the main page. Time and place are not collected in the current interface.
Why a number was selected
Tap a ball. White numbers use available formula results first, unused actual selected values next, then secure random fill when needed. Beginning with the third successful “Generate new picks” request, the special ball adds a random 1–8 offset and wraps inside its valid range. Explanations show that adjustment. Repeats across generations remain possible.
Where saved picks go
Tap “Save these picks,” then open Settings → Saved picks on the same device. Saving does not create a photo, online account or cloud copy. Historical generations retain their original results and explanations.
Backup and restore
Settings → Export backup creates a JSON file. On a phone, the system share sheet lets you choose where it goes; in the Mac review it downloads. Keep it private: it includes personal entries and saved-pick explanations. To move devices, transfer that file and choose Restore backup. Confirm replacement only when ready. There is no automatic app-operated sync.
Drawing reminders
In the installed app, choose Settings → Drawing reminders, select your games and set a time. The default is 6 PM in the device’s local timezone. Powerball uses Monday, Wednesday and Saturday; Mega Millions uses Tuesday and Friday. Allow notifications when asked. Disable both games and save to cancel.
The Mac browser review cannot schedule these reminders. Phone permissions, battery restrictions, focus modes and timezone changes may affect delivery. Reminder delivery is still awaiting native-device validation. A reminder is not a ticket purchase or a sales-deadline guarantee.
Delete data or recover from an error
Export a backup first if you want a copy. Settings → Delete all local data removes app entries/settings/history and cancels drawing reminders on that device. It does not delete exported files or OS backups. If saved data cannot be opened, the app preserves it and offers backup restoration or an explicit reset.
Refunds and store purchases
Store distribution is not live yet. When available, purchases and refunds will be handled through the platform where you downloaded the app. No tickets, wagers or prizes are sold or provided by Jimtinuum.
